The opening of New Zealand’s 200th Subway store makes this one of the most successful countries in the world for the international sandwich franchise, says Regional Director Brian Tap.  The 200th store — at Auckland Airport’s international terminal — was yesterday (Feb 7) opened by airport chief executive Don Huse.

At its 4^th edition, the International Franchise Fair -RoFrancize 2008 will be held in Bucharest, Romania, at Romexpo International Fair, between 22^nd - 24^th of February 2008.

InterContinental Hotels Group PLC will begin franchising its Holiday Inn Express hotels in China for the first time as it seeks to accelerate its already rapid growth in the country, the U.K.- based company's chief executive said.
